      The site is located in South London and is located in a suburban residential environment.
      The site comprised derelict retail units and associated service yard with brick wall boundaries and also bounded by a residential house. The project consisted of demolishing a derelict retail unit and replaces it with a mixed use retail and residential scheme onto the existing footprint that also extends into an area of hard landscape.
